We are offering new clients who sign up for a project as a result of the Cornwall Home Improvement & Self Build Show 2024 a discount of up to £500 on our fees. Specifically, you’ll receive 50% off our engagement fee, up to a maximum of £500. The engagement fee is determined based on the specifics of each project. To take advantage of this offer, simply fill out the attached form to let us know you’re interested. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to gather more information and arrange a meeting to discuss your exciting new project.

Please note that this offer is only valid for new projects that sign up in 2024 and cannot be carried over into 2025. Additionally, as a special bonus, if you sign up in October 2024, we’ll include an extra £100 off the engagement fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:

    This offer is available to all new clients who register their interest and sign up for a project with Marraum as a result of the Cornwall Home Improvement & Self Build Show 2024.

    Marraum reserves the right to assess each project on an individual basis and to tailor its services accordingly. There are no specific eligibility criteria beyond being a new client and signing up for a project within the specified time frame.

  2. Offer Details:

    Clients who sign up for a new project in 2024 as a result of this event will receive a discount of 50% off our engagement fee, up to a maximum value of £500.

    The engagement fee is determined based on the specifics of each project. The exact amount of the fee and the applicable discount will be communicated to the client after the project assessment.

  3. Sign-Up Process:

    To qualify for the discount, clients must complete and submit the designated registration form provided by Marraum. This will notify our team of your interest in this offer.

    Once the form is submitted, a representative from Marraum will contact the client to gather additional information and arrange a free consultation to discuss the project.

  4. Free Consultation:

    A free consultation is offered as part of this promotion and is mandatory for clients who wish to take advantage of the discount. This consultation allows Marraum to assess the project and provide a tailored service offer.

  5. Payment Terms:

    The discount will be applied to the engagement fee and will be reflected in the initial invoice provided to the client.

    Standard payment terms apply to all new projects, and these will be communicated to the client during the consultation process.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    If a client cancels the project after signing up, the discount may be forfeited at Marraum’s discretion. Any non-refundable costs or expenses incurred by Marraum up to the point of cancellation may still be payable by the client.

  7. Additional Offer:

    As a special bonus, clients who sign up for a new project during October 2024 will receive an additional £100 discount on the engagement fee. This is in addition to the standard offer but is subject to the same terms and conditions.

  8. Restrictions:

    This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Marraum.

    The offer is only valid for new projects that sign up in 2024 and cannot be carried over into 2025.

  9. Modifications and Withdrawals:

    Marraum reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. However, any modifications will not affect clients who have already signed up under the terms of the offer.

  10. Jurisdiction:

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
