The construction sector has faced many challenges recently and that’s why we’re launching a referral scheme designed to create a mutually beneficial relationship. It’s a chance to align our services, help your clients achieve their goals and earn you a consultancy fee for every successful referral.
HOW IT WORKS
We understand how much time and care you dedicate to your clients — often spending months nurturing them before recommending them to other trusted businesses. With over a decade of experience working on more than 550 projects in Cornwall, we provide a local, bespoke service that complements your own values.
For every successful signed project proposal from a client introduced by you, you would receive up to £500*, to acknowledge your time and input.

With a conversion rate of over 50% for the projects we pitch for, we’re confident this can provide you with a steady source of income, while saving us on advertising costs and reducing reliance on impersonal platforms such as Google.
WHAT WE OFFER
As you know, we specialise in full house renovations, extensions, and new builds. Our unique approach combines point cloud surveying, immersive VR technology and years of local expertise offering a service where we spend time to explore options and build confidence in every step of our clients project.
Since we aim to sign 2–3 projects per month, this partnership has the potential to be both rewarding and mutually beneficial.
*The exact amount will depend on the individual project scope and brief. As an example, a referral fee for a full house renovation with extension/s would likely be in the region of £450.
