Planning Video for a renovation in St Agnes, Cornwall

The proposal seeks to rationalise and improve the flow of the internal and external living spaces and their functionalities, to better accommodate and suit the owners lifestyle and needs.

The existing garage will be converted into the main entrance to the home, while also housing a custom storage area, shower and utility room and allowing direct access to the rear garden. Due to the loss of the garage, a small open porch extension will create necessary refuge and recycling storage. An open plan kitchen/dining/living area will be created, opening directly onto the rear garden. The introduction of roof-lights in this area will bring beneficial natural light to the space. The proposed extension to the rear of the property will accommodate the main bedroom, allowing the existing number of three bedrooms to be retained in a new configuration which will allow for a full bathroom to be formed, in place of the existing shower room.
