Garage conversion in Falmouth

The porch on the South-East facade is set to be carefully replaced with a single unit bi-fold door. The interior dining room wall is set to be replaced with an open space to reconfigure the kitchen. A dual-sided stove is to be used to connect the new dining and study area, formally the kitchen. The interior lining wall between the existing shower and cupboard is set to be removed to allow for a wash-closet. An en-suite is proposed within bedroom 1.

The existing dark, damp and unused garage is to be converted into a recreation room which integrates into a refreshed garden landscape. The existing windows are proposed to be slightly enlarged. The garage door is set to be infilled and finished with materials similar to the existing.
