WELCOME BACK TO OUR CLIENTS

We’re delighted to announce that the Marraum office is now open.

Throughout lockdown we’ve been fortunate enough as a team to be able to work remotely, continuing to deliver projects to the same standard as in the office. We’re thankful to our clients for their continued support, and it’s been really inspiring to see some of the creative ideas that have come out of the last few months.

Our team have now returned to Jubilee Warehouse and are ready to welcome both current and new clients into the studio. Marraum takes the health, safety and welfare of our clients and team very seriously, and this next step is one that has been taken after strict consultation with government guidance.

As a result, there are a few certain things may have changed slightly since your last visit. These measures have been outlined below and are in place for your safety, however our team are as welcoming as ever and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Covid-19 studio measures

The following processes have been put in place to reassure all visitors to the office:

Arrival

Upon arrival at the Marraum studio, please wait at the door and a member of our team will greet you before showing you to your meeting room. In order to facilitate track and trace, we will ask you to sign in upon arrival. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be provided.

Meetings

All of our meetings will be held in a well-ventilated room and we are limiting the number of people in the office at any one time, so we kindly request that only two people in your party are in attendance.

We ask that social distancing is maintained throughout your meeting and that you bring along any materials you may need for making notes, as we will be unable to provide stationery. As a result of ventilating the room, the temperature may be cold – so you may want to bring along an extra layer of clothing to prevent getting chilly!

Complimentary hot drink

We’re unable to offer refreshments as we usually would, but we know that a good brew is vital to get the creative ideas flowing! Our friends at Muddy Beach Cafe (just a few doors down) are happy to provide you with a complimentary hot drink which you can bring into the meeting with you. Please quote ‘Marraum Hot Drink’ when ordering.

Use of VR equipment

Our immersive VR equipment is one of the most powerful tools our team uses to bring your project to life. If our VR equipment is needed within your meeting then we will ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned in-line with the manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines, before and after use. Disposable coverings will be provided with each use and we are limiting VR meetings to one a week.

Zoom meetings

For clients who would prefer to keep communication remote at this time, we’re more than happy to continue offering Zoom meetings for your project discussions. Please let a member of the team know your preference during your consultation.
